Q? Some questions and answers for you.

Q. Who do you work for?

A. We work with the trade, shops, builders, curtain makers and the public.

Q. Do you just fit, if I have bought some thing from else where?

A. Yes we will fit a product not supplied by us, but we are not responsible for the product or it's suitability. We offer a full range at good prices and we will discuss suitability of our products FREE.

Q. What area's do you cover?

A. We work mainly in the Hampshire, Surrey and the surrounding counties. We do work South and West London, Berkshire, Dorset. But as a rule we will travel to where ever you want us to*. In the past we have worked Cornwall, Jersey, Brittany and Nice, France.

Q. I am buying a new property and would like to have my items fitted before I move in, can you do this?

A. Most builders will not allow any one to do any work on their property until the property is purchased by the buyer, but we work with a number of builders in the area and we can on their approval work before you move in to your new home.

Q. Are you insured to carry out work in my home or office?

A. Yes we are insured to work in homes and offices**

Q. Can you bend tracks in bay windows?

A. Yes we bend all tracks on site, we don't use plastic tracks for bay windows as we believe they are not suitable. Our tracks are fully working ( coarded ) metal tracks.

*Travel costs are set per job.

**We have cover upto a set amount we can up grade our cover if required but we would need to know the cover required. Most offices are covered under our standard insurance, hotels require more and we upgrade as needed.
